Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights associated with services MK Digital Solution provides are reserved to the company until MK Digital Solution receives full payment for a service.
All work created exclusively for the client’s business shall be owned by the client on completion of and after receiving payment.
These include app designs, websites, logos, and other forms of digital work.
You are not allowed to reproduce or distribute anything copied from the website without our prior written authorization.

We respect any information received or encountered while providing our services. It is agreed that both parties shall respect privacy and shall not disclose third-party information to any third parties without permission.
