Upon receiving your payment, we immediately begin working on your project or activate your plan. Occasionally, to move the work forward, we may require additional information from you, such as documents or approvals.
If you don’t provide what’s needed or don’t cooperate, your project could be delayed. We won’t issue a refund because of that.
If your payment goes through but, due to a technical hiccup in our system or payment gateway, the transaction fails, we’ll return your money. Once we confirm the issue, your refund goes out automatically.
You’ll see the refund within 3–15 working days after confirmation, credited right back to your original payment method. Keep in mind: any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or taxes might be deducted.
Paid for something and didn’t get what you were promised? Just email us using the address on our website. We’ll check things out, and if there’s a problem, we’ll fix it. If it turns out you’re owed money back, we’ll refund you, either partially or in full—minus any service charges that apply.
